After releasing the Side A of a dope project audiences warmly received, The Township is on the scene again and has brought amazing visuals to his fans for the soulful and smooth record titled Basic.

The song in question was produced by Swit coming off The Swerve Disc A Ep, was brought to life by Ralph Menz with eye-catching scenes of everyday life and the hustle for better days.

He draws inspiration for the song from the notion we are a special breed, and we’ve been like that from the beginning of time. We ground our identities in that fact, and nothing or no one can tell us anything different.

It’s a song meant to encourage listeners to follow the yellow brick road as we chase the important things in life like purpose and legacy. At the end of it all, inadvertently making an impact and leaving an imprint on this world as we’re here.

He released the video on the 7th of January 2021. You can check the visuals out on The Township’s YouTube Channel.
