The Boston Celtics pulled one back in the series after they won Game 5 to at least prolong the series. However, now they have to win Game 6 to keep their hopes of winning the east conference finals alive.
Miami Heat has exhibited its consistency yet again, like the previous series, taking the lead early on and establishing their dominance. They opened up a 3 – 1 lead after 4 games, with the Celtics registering their first win only in Game 3.
The heat took the next game with little trouble, although the point gap was just 3 between the sides. That left the Celtics hanging by a thread. That thread would have been cut had they slipped in Game 5. Thankfully, they didn’t.
Now, however, for the math to benefit them, they must win Game 6 to force a Game 7. Not to mention, the Celtics must win the Game 7 to win the Finals and await the winners of the Lakers V Nuggets west conference finals.
Celtics have their championship hopes on the line. They must lay it all on the court come Game 6.
